Cool! Thanks, Kevin. You'll make me, my co-author, our agent, and the
publisher happy. :-) The autotools are pretty handy, but the latest trend,
requiring the presence of certain versions of autotools in order to build
software, utterly defeats their reason for being. Anyhow, thanks for the
order.
