FC3 users upgrading to XFCE 4.2 RC3

Actually I spent the better part of the evening trying to upgrade XFCE
on my laptop with little success, until I found a message on the XFCE
forum that talked about this. In any case, I'm really impressed at how
far XFCE has progressed, without compromising speed or stability!
