Lilo.conf confusion

Esteemed list members,
I find myself in the position of CRS (can't remember sh!t). I am in need
of a working lilo.conf to replace my GRUB installation (for various
reasons). Trouble is, I'm drawing a blank on this.

My system layout goes like this:

hda1 = winxp pro
hde1 = /

Here is what I've managed to come up with:

Could some kind soul point out any show stopping errors before I commit
