OT: Court rules against Lexmark in printer case

Is this for real!?!? This would mean a lot of those times I thought the 
cartridge had dried up was actually just a time bomb. Sign me up for a 
class action.

Is there a "good actor" in the printer marketplace? Lately I've been 
going with Epson for inkjets.
