Printing problem

I've snipped the context here, but this was the printing problem where
some applications were printing raw postscript while others would print
properly.

Finally found the answer with help from Steve Sweet on
general-list at linuxprinting.org. It turned out that "raw=true" was in
/home/user/.lpoptions. I have no idea how it got there.

Doing "lpoptions -r raw" had no affect and "lpoptions -o raw=false"
changed the entry to "raw=false" but the same applications still printed
postscript. Finally we edited the ~/.lpoptions file with Emacs to
remove the 'raw' and printing has been restored!

Thanks everyone who offered suggestions!

Regards,
IanS
