Kernel Configuration Help

What the Linux world needs is all of the kernel configuration help text
poured into a single, browseable document. Well, at least *I* thought
that's what we needed. Herewith, the fruits of my labors:

It's a large document (1.8 MB) because I'm not with the script that
generates it.
