ndiswrapper, broadcom 4320 and 802.11b

I use ndiswrapper at home on one PCI wifi card, but its not using the 
broadcom chipset you are, and i'm also not using WEP.

That said, I know that ndiswrapper does create a directory hierarchy 
under /proc which has values that can be tweaked.  Perhaps you can poke 
around in there and see if things are set the way you expect?
