Booting with TFTP

hi again!!!!!

             my target system is a BF533 STAMP board. its a development platform from ADI with  a dsp+ microcontroller as its core. its running on its resdient OS called uclinux. i have recompiled the kernel and want to boot it from the PC. board supports tftp booting. i know i have to configure the tftp server on the pc, but just dont know how.
