I'm using a Syba dual-port serial card (PCI) that works fine.  I believe you 
could have two of them in the machine.  Bought from Newegg for about $15.

I had a Moxa 4 port card for many years and when they wouldn't support an SMP 
kernel, I got tired of messing with their special modules, etc.....
