  If you are using XP, you can backup the Docs-setting folder, and restore it on a
new system. This supposed to bring everything over for you. Not sure how well it
works, only some of the data for a client wa there. Outlook has a export, but import
is screwy, you have to know the info of how to re import the data into the new
outlook. This is messy. Just my experience with it.
