I have my site hosted by Big Brother. I mean literally my big brother in 
London has a nice box under his stairs that he has given me root access 
to. I got rid of my broadband in the interests of cost reductions for 
renovations and moved the whole shebang to his box. I couldn't move my 
files to a normal ISP account because I wanted to run Gallery 2 which 
relys on, I think PHP5 which no ISP would be running. Also normal ISP 
accounts seem to offer about 50-100MB not the gig I needed.

So my idea would be find a friend/relative with broadband and then put a 
box in his / her house with a little UPS on it and set it to return 
after a powerfail to on.
