New problem with firewall

What's the domain for the email server that you're using? Have you
checked the logs (I know zero about qmail) for errors?
THe mail has to be going somewhere. Either your mail server is queing it
up somewhere due to some misconfiguration, or its going to have to bounce
eventually.
