That is assured, regardless of who is in power.  Very soon the Social 
Security IOU's that the government has been writing to itself will come 
due.  We have been the happy recipients of many government services at 
the expense of sound investment.  All that money, plus much more, needs 
to be paid.  If they think the seniors are a significant voting block 
today, wait until the baby Boomers become that voting block.  Things 
will get very ugly.
