The French again - FOSS illegal?

Ah yes, yet another reason to be less than enthusiastic about the home
of the Gauls.

Lots of traffic now circulating on Linux news sources that French
authorities are trying to supress FOSS, penalties for distributing
source programs, etc. What a croc!
