Ahh yes. There's no income tax in WA. But they sure soak you for everything. I lived in Seattle for a couple of years. Lets's see if I can remember it all:
Register an out of state car - license fee about 3 times what I paid in MN (which is high), safety inspection fee ("Let's see, 4 wheels and tires. OK, You pass. $75 please.") Local drainage fee, sales tax on everything. As Ken noted, it goes on and on.
