They just had a clip on the news where the Chief of Crash Avoidance Technology 
for the Canadian Department of Transportation  (Transport Canada) was 
demonstrating technology that they were considering making mandatory across 
the country...

A satellite GPS-enabled device that calculates your speed and will prevent the 
gas pedal from being depressed further once you have reached the mandated 
speed limit. Apparently, Toronto and Ottawa's speed zones have already been 
digitally mapped.

Time to move to Texas.
