There's a SuSE user's list that has the standard list of know-it-all 
buttheads that are sometimes helpful.  There has been a moderate amount 
of angst about installing 9.3 and mixed results (some say it's better 
than sliced bread, some think it sucks).  But the user's list will 
certainly be the place you want to go for the details.
