I don't know that the problem is specifice to centos or by inference RHEL in general. But ssh sessions to a centos 4.1 based host times out/locks up after about 10 minutes of idle. Many times a ~. will not exit the ssh session. Just wondering if others have dealt with this issue and may have found a solution?
