I thought of that. But which one do you connect to as a user before you
log in? If there are different ports, how do you put this in a HREF
before the user logs in? See my other post on the imapd proxy.

opengroupware/egroupware (I use the egroupware variant). Works a charm.
My current problem is sorting out Swedish characters in directory names.
imapd, procmail and and evolution handle these ok. squirrelmail and
xxgroupware get confused. I think I will need to get everything set to
UTF-8. I have not assessed what changing the directory names in the imap
directory does to all the state information. I 'think' it looks safe...
