editing symlinks

I need to edit a bunch of symlinks. Example: I want to change
 	bincimap -> /local/mail/jorge/IMAPdir/maildirs/LISTAS_/bincimap
 	directfb -> /local/mail/jorge/IMAPdir/maildirs/LISTAS_/directfb
 	(...)
to
 	bincimap -> /local/mail/jorge/IMAPdir/maildirs/LISTAS/bincimap
 	directfb -> /local/mail/jorge/IMAPdir/maildirs/LISTAS/directfb
 	(...)
I it were just a couple of them, I would remove the symlink and rebuild
pointing to the right target. Is there some sensible way to do this?
