quick stupid question about xft/ttf

THis is what i've used successfully:
--disable-debug --enable-default-toolkit=gtk2 --disable-freetype2 
--without-system-nspr --without-system-zlib --without-system-jpeg 
--without-system-png --without-system-mng --disable-installer 
--enable-xft --enable-crypto --disable-tests
