I am sorry that I am not able to reply the mail directly from the

receive my message. I am trying it in other way to send you 
message for this case.

Actually your case is labeled "No Response" because we just can not 
contact you. I tried using our two mail system, my private mail box, 
even I have asked our US office to send it to you but still, we have not 
got any response from you. Just don't know why the mail is not delivered.
 
The attachment is the case record of your case, and if you receive my message, 
please response so that we can re-open your case.
 
Also I am reporting you with the latest information of the driver supporting the
Linux Kernel 2.6 and 2.6 SMP. The single CPU version V1.7.7 has been tested
but failed according to our other customers report. This is why I have not attach
you the driver this time.
 
This mail will be still forwarded from our mail system, and our US office. 
Later I will try to apply for a Yahoo or a MSN account to send this to you again
to see if there is any luck.
