SATA drive ?

I am not sure about speed.  The issue I have with the SATA drives is the big 
wide integrated cable (data/power) keeps coming off the drives.  I have a WD 
drive that has the standard molex power connector and a SATA data connector 
that I have not had a problem with.

For the others, the only stress on the connector that I can determine is the 
weight of the cable.  They just work themselves free over the course of a week 
or so.  YMMV
