Local Firefox Builds Run Faster?

The only other problem I have encountered. Occasionally when moving
around, selecting text, etc. in a pdf document, acroread and/or
firefox will just-go-poof (tm), but this is not a firefox problem.
Until such time as Adobe makes a linux 6.0 version available, this
type of weirdity is probably unavoidable.
