From what I see, S-lang can handle the key's the way you want.

I am prolly going to re-write the widget set, to something more simply and
callable by the user program, rather than a "part" of the necessary way
to get data in and out of the system.

I have been reflecting and mulling over things this afternoon. It came to me,
what made a system such as Appgen likeable (besides the RAD) was it
was simple in design. By this, I mean, concentrate on getting data in and
out of the records and manipulating that data.

So, for the re-write of the widget set,I am probably going to hack up and
graft in the widget set from dialog. Add the ability to be mouseable, cut
the JED editor up (the editor written in S-lang) to become my IDE/RAD.

I am still going with the idea that "programs" are nothing more than
"definition" files with some sort of "runtime" engine.

Anyone one out there want to partake of this project ?
