Change in email replies?

I've been using kmail forever and have not changed it's "reply-to"
configuration.
Now when I click "reply-to", the message is sent "To:" the list and the
original sender. I manually corrected it for this message. Wasn't
this an issue that David B. was supposed to have fixed about 3 weeks
ago?
