Great. That tells me why kernel policy changed, which was a discussion
I missed. My immediate problem is not that merely mortal users can no
longer burn CDs, but rather that *no one* can burn CDs because cdrtools
cannot find the CD-ROM device.
However, I think I may have it fixed. Stay tuned.
