I have used this with success.
1-go Yast-> Change Source of Installation
2-Add-> FTP->Server Name=ftp.gwdg.de
         Directory on Server->	 
pub/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/update_for_9.0/yast-source
note the absence of a leading /
3-select Install and Remove Software -> filter Selections
   choose as much of KDE as you like. (The check marks turn to lightning 
bolts to update if newer)
4-accept
And that is it.
