On 10/04/2004 04:55 PM, Roger Oberholtzer eloquently noted:

Hmmm. It's been awhile since I've done the update, but these seem to be parts
of packages I dont' normally use. gnokii appears to be a package for a Nokia
cellphone (which I don't have), graphviz appears to be a GNU Emacs/TeX editor
(which I don't use either), and I don't have any bluetooth devices, so I guess
I wouldn't have noticed ;-)

FWIW (watch the linewrap) it seems to deal with the symlinks:

1011[jvoigt at dnrrec-tux]/opt/kde3/lib> ls -la libkate*
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         1653 2004-08-19 09:38 libkateinterfaces.la

lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           26 2004-08-26 08:45 libkateinterfaces.so.0 -> libkateinterfaces.so.0.0.0

-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         1393 2004-08-19 09:35 libkateutils.la
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           21 2004-08-26 08:45 libkateutils.so -> libkateutils.so.0.0.0
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           21 2004-08-26 08:45 libkateutils.so.0 -> libkateutils.so.0.0.0
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root        46423 2004-08-19 11:47 libkateutils.so.0.0.0

These seem to be for the kate text editor, which is included in the new
kdebase3 package. It works for me(tm). I don't recall what the other
packages are.
