DHCPD dying..

I haven't a clue.  I've only been using ISC DHCP since v3, so v2 may have
been quite different.

I believe it is actually seeing indications on the wire that another server
is giving out IP's, but I can't be sure.  As to why the daemon keeps
crashing, it may be an unpatched issue.  Are you using the latest version?
