Yep.  I've seen that before.  That is the reason the LXer.com got
started.   The guy who worked to start linuxtoday, who's name escapes me
now, got upset of the "over commercialization" of the site.  But the big
sticking point was their were taking money from m$ and hawking their
wares on the site.  So he started LXer.com to offer linux/oss news
without the m$ advertising.
