M$ trying to license the Internet

Hell, if anyone was _stupid_ enough to sign this.  Just think, only M$
could modify Internet protocols.  The Internet would die overnight.

This from the last company on earth to discover there was an Internet.
 And I remember well an Internet with no M$.  Those were the days. 
Too bad we can't go back.
