I've used it.  Too much trouble.

Tried to sign up to pay them once.  Even that they couldn't manage. 
Spamcop started as a great idea gone commercial.  If you're not waving
$$$$ in front of them (and I don't mean their subscription fee they
couldn't be bothered with from me), I'd forget them.
