SpamCop Opinions?

I used to use it a few years back.....   and probably still have a money 
credit with them.  But the cutting and pasting got to be too much work.

I just went to their site and can't even fathom now how they operate.  There 
were no choices other than to 'interrogate' a set of mail headers.
