Postgresql conf files?

Whereever was configured when it was compiled. For the RPMs, its usually
/var/lib/pgsql/database/

If you're using either Redhat's of the official PostgreSQL RPMs, then they
are in /var/lib/pgsql/database/. THe two files that count are
postgresql.conf and pg_hba.conf
