www.webmin.com does nicely. Jamie Cameron, the author and maintainer of
the core Webmin does a bangup job. RPM's are available... one size fits
all, so to speak. RedHat does have the nasty habit of not including the
SSLEAY perl libraries, but then Webmin can help there as well. When you
go to "Webmin -> Webmin Config -> SSL Encryption" Webmin will tell you
which libraries are missing. Then go to "Others -> Perl Modules". This
is a Web interface to CPAN, Perl's "package manager" so to speak.
Scroll to the bottom and in the "From CPAN, named " field either type in
the module::name or click the navigator button and navigate to it.
Click install and follow any further instructions.

note: You may wish to SKIP any "tests" as sometimes they are not always
going to work. Just past experience with some perl modules.

|Once upon a time, webmin was reputed to have a habit of messing up

|
|If so (and since I'm lazy :-) , does Redhat offer an RPM of this or
|would it be reasonable to pick up one from RPMFIND? (hmm, looks like
|RPMFIND isn't quite what it used to be -- where is the usual source
|these days?)
