SCSI U320 hard disks on U160 adapter

Hi All !

Does anyone know if the new Seagate U320 hard disks work with an Adaptec 
29160 adapter ? Do I need to use another cable (because the pin-outs are 
different) or are there any compatibility issues  ?

I'm planning to buy another hard disk soon (running out of space), and I 
can't find U160 hard disks in Singapore now.
