mandrake networking and also lfs

LFS: Did you chown lfs $LFS/sources before you su - lfs?
Also, your bash_profile didn't have those environment variables unset (LFS book pg 60)
Good luck. I just last week went through LFS. I found it both tedious and inciteful. I plan to start BLFS when I can carve computer time away from the wife & kids.
