But isn't an upgrade install, at least for Fedora or RedHat, essentially
an update via RPM?
That's what I've always thought, anyway.
It would seem to me that an upgrade install was nothing more than a
prettied up 'rpm -Uvh' on all the packages.
But just 'cuz that's what I think doesn't make it right...
