1 PlanMaker 2004 for Linux: The beta version is available now
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Effective immediately, you can download the first beta of PlanMaker
for Linux from our web site.

If you are looking for a native Linux spreadsheet that is fully
Microsoft Excel-compatible, launches and runs much faster than the
competition, supports more than 320 calculation functions and lets
you create high-quality Excel-compatible charts, why don't you have
a look at PlanMaker 2004 for Linux?

Compare the strength of .XLS import in PlanMaker and OpenOffice:

PlanMaker is also available for Windows, Pocket PCs, Handheld PCs,
and CE.NET devices (like Psion Netbook Pro):

Windows: http://www.softmaker.de/pmw_en.htm
Pocket PCs: http://www.softmaker.de/pmp_en.htm
Handheld PCs and CE.NET: http://www.softmaker.de/pmh_en.htm

KNOWN BUG in this beta: In the Insert Chart dialog, the preview
images for line charts have data points that are painted too
large. No need to report it, we already know about it ... :-)

2 Partner Product: NYDITOT Virtual Display for Pocket PCs and HPCs
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Pocket PC screens are just too small! They are OK for entering
appointments - but not for editing complex documents, working on
spreadsheets, browsing the web, etc.

Did you ever wonder if there was an easy way to rotate your Pocket
PC's screen to landscape mode? Did you ever wish you could simply
increase the screen resolution?

Well, now you can! NYDITOT Virtual Display (NVD) lets you easily
rotate your screen to landscape mode and back to portrait. NVD even
enables your Pocket PC or Handheld PC display to run at virtually
any resolution - 640*480 VGA mode, 800*600, or any custom resolution
you want! You decide whether NVD will "squeeze" the screen image
onto the physical display or lets you scroll around the larger
"virtual" display. The innovative "diamond" panning control makes
moving around on large virtual displays a breeze.
