Firefox Kiosk

Hello Everyone:

I have been experimenting with firefox for a touch screen application and there are 2 issues that I can't seem to resolve.

1) How can I hide the mouse cursor? Since the application is using a touch screen I don't need the cursor at all. I am running KDE 3.1 in the background with firefox in full screen mode. I have looked for information on removing the mouse cursor, but haven't had any luck finding any.

2) Firefox allows you to drag and drop when you press and hold the left mouse button. I wish to eliminate this behaviour as it can affect how program functions when a button is pressed. I have looked through the various Kiosk How To's and I have tried to edit the browser.xul file for Firefox, but once again have not been able to solve this problem.

If anyone has had experience in this area, I would be grateful for any assistance even if you just point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance.
