It should work but not at 667 MHz. For instance, a 1.2 G cpu (133 FSB) 
on a 100 FSB mb will only work at 900 MHz (100x9). Where on a mb with 
133 FSB would work at 1.2G (133x9). I'm running an Abit motherboard 
circa PII with a PIII but at a reduced speed because of the FSB 
(document server). Took one heck of a long time to install Gentoo but 
its rock solid: )
