I disagree - on the ones you named. There is not 2% of the people whose 
needs would not be fully met by that list. There are other areas where 
Linux apps are either missing or deficient but the ones you listed are 
well beyond "good enough".

But that is not how Lindows tried to take on the giant - by competing on 
building/bundling apps. That would have made sense. All they did was 
bleed themselves dry over a name. And a rather silly, amateurish name at 
that. Dumb.

They and Caldera seemingly had little in common - except having all the 
digits of their IQ to the right of the decimal.
