I haven't heard that since Caldera OpenLinux 2.2 or so.  I certainly find
that current versions of SuSE are far easier to install than any version of
Windows I've tried (and it always works the first time instead of requiring
at least four reinstalls to get Windows working as properly as it can).

The thing that jumped out at me in the article was the statement that Linux
security would be as bad as Windows when Linux became more common.  This is
a common mantra from people who don't have a clue about security.

Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual
way.  This happens to us all the time with computers, and nobody thinks of
complaining.
