In Evo it displays as cyrillic.  I'm pretty sure it's spam, but we're
well insulated from it since I bet we could count on the fingers of one
hand the number of people on the list who can read it.  If any.  I
suppose the folks running the mailserver might want to disallow foreign
character sets, though that has to be done carefully since I know we
have multilingual users on the list.  Perhaps a close look at what
languages the various MUAs report would be in order.  I've never tried
to do that, so I don't know how hard it would be.
