Which SCSI adapter?

I need to build a server for a client. Primary application will be Samba 
for now and later a Postgresql database app. May also be booting some 
diskless workstations.

Planning on a simple RAID 0 (mirrored) drive arrangement.

Can someone recommend a decent SCSI PCI card? Do I gain much by going 
with two cards? Currently looking at Adaptec 29160 or 19160 with 10k or 
15k Seagate 36GB drives.

I don't think performance will be a big issue, but do want something 
fairly failure tolerant.

Any thoughts appreciated ...
