& vs nohup

I don't know how btdownloadheadless.py works, but it would stop 
processing if I just background it, while with nohup it would stay alive 
and keeps uploading.

with nohup, I could check the progress with `tail nohup.out`. And once 
done, I don't  care about its output.

BTW< there is another really small bittorrent client called ctorrent, 
available from sourceforge.net.
