moving the ftp port

ok, proftpd is smart enough to ignore /etc/services. the ftp-data port 
is always the (ftp port - 1). With Kurt's help, I verified I could 
connect to my ftp server at 5052 using active mode.

I will try again with the M$ command-line ftp client tomorrow. The M$ 
ftp client is quite handicapped. :)
