SXS News Server?

Is the newsserver still online? I've got a submission I'd like to make and 
while I'm there I'd like to browse the old messages on the server..

Could someone point me to the correct URL? Currently I'm using this in my 
leafnode...

#STEPBYSTEP
#server = news.linux-sxs.org
server = 65.60.166.142
feedtype = NNTP
port = 119

...and nothing is there anymore.
