Well I don't know much on thew subject but in it you can trade stock of European companies, for example Mandrake's shares.
I recently read an article about it... as far as I understand it could be similar to to Nasdaq... :

Can one of the European members (or anyone else who knows) give me a
one paragraph summary of what the Euronext Marche Libre stock exchange
is? It doesn't seem like a primary exchange, but, rather, more comparable
to the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) exchanges. I've poked around on
the Euronext Web site, but I would appreciate a more concise summary
from a non-financier.
